About This Class

How to Keep the home inspection from Killing the Deal is an interactive class where the goal is to teach you a philosophy about how to be informed and ready when something comes out of the home inspector’s mouth that could derail everything. We want to help you make the home inspection go more smoothly and have less surprises. How do you prepare your clients and yourself when the house has some major issues? What happens when a house sits abandoned for 90 days? What if you get a home inspector the clients picked out and you can not stand them? Our goal with this class and everyone of our classes is to help you sidestep the landmines during the inspection so it goes as smooth as it can.

You are an agent but, you are also a project manager of every transaction. We will teach you how to manage expectations during the home inspection.
